The inspector did a full inspection and only found minor problems.  Doors that needed to be adjusted slightly for better opening and closing.  The most major thing was the service cable had duct tape on it and we assumed it was exposed.  The selling Realtor allowed us to remove the duct tape and we found that there was no problem.  So we wrote up about $400 worth of repairs such as fixing two holes in the bedroom wall, replacing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, etc.  We’re going to go back tonight and inspect a sag in the roof.  The inspector reported that he saw no signs of leaks, but the more we think about it, the more concerned we become.  I don’t think there is a problem. I imagine it’s probably just a loose rafter.  So we’ll find out tonight.  We will submit our repair list to the sellers and hopefully they will agree to fix them all.
